The Flanders Tourist Office in Spain (Visit Flanders) is holding a fun and professional event to present its new products and offer its partners and prescribers in the sector (travel agencies and journalists) a positive experience linked to Flanders. This year, the focus is on beer (Belgian beer is an Intangible Heritage of Humanity) and gastronomy, as this is one of the main axes of the destination.
To carry it out, Beer Events was commissioned to conceptualize and execute the event, with two consecutive dates in Barcelona and Madrid. They created a gastronomic fair-party with different stands where to taste beer and typical dishes from Flanders: they designed and prepared six proposals of pairing beers and different dishes of the spectacular Flemish gastronomy.
The chosen venues were two emblematic and charming locations, such as Poble Espanyol (Barcelona) and Galería UnoNueve (Madrid). In both cases, Beer Events, performs the ad hoc creativities and the production of promotional material such as tasting glasses and also provide and coordinate the entire production team.
